Concrete Coating in One Day!

Preparation & Grinding
To prepare for a perfect floor coating, we begin by clearing the area and the process of cleaning the surface from all dust and debris. We often shot-blast or use diamond grinding, with a vacuum attached to the grinder. This step also helps the coating last longer and look better in the end.
Concrete Restoration
When garage floor coatings are applied to damaged floors full of cracks and pits, the final product is damaged as well. Which is why we include floor restoration in our coating process. Restoring your garage floor such as adding fillers to the various cracks and pits can help the finished product look beautiful and smooth.
Base Coat & Chip
Once the floor is prepped, we mix and apply our pure Polyurea base coat. Next we broadcast the chip and flakes by hand which applies texture, color, slip resistance, and durability to the floor.
We have a variety of colors and floor designs to choose from to ensure you are completely satisfied with the look and functionality of your new floor.
Setup Time
The set up time often depends on the size and type of floor coating, but are usually within 1-2 hours, following the base application.
Scraping Floor
Once the floor coating is completely set up and dry, we will vacuum and scrape the surface to remove any loose flakes and smooth out the coating.
Polyaspartic Clear Coat Top Coat
We finish off every project with a polyaspartic clear coat, we use this in the process to ensure the floor lasts forever and is thoroughly protected from UV damage and wear and tear.
